We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with strong sales capabilities and a solid understanding of Management Consulting and Human Resources services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads building client relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This role requires a confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Promote and sell the companys consulting and HR services.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and business discussions.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals commercial offers and service presentations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Business Development Sales Account Management or a similar role.
- Previous experience in Management Consulting HR Consulting Recruitment or HR Services is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
- Confident personality with a strong presence and the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented.
Required Skills:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Leader to oversee and drive the strategic direction of our HR consultancy and outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources and leadership with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client results. Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division to ensure alignment with the companys goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and directors fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business challenges and providing strategic HR guidance. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services. Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction by implementing effective quality control and performance management systems. Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive organizational change and ensure seamless integration of HR services across the company. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance its reputation and build new business relationships. Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws regulations and company policies.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant professional certification is of 10-15 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a consultancy or outsourcing success in developing and executing strategic plans and leading high-performing -depth knowledge of HR best practices labor law and industry trends.
