Job Summary

Job Description:

As a Clerical Assistant at Vibes Communications you will be responsible for providing remote clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This role offers the flexibility to work from any location allowing you to balance work with other commitments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling clerical tasks remotely.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files records and documents.
  • Respond to emails phone calls and other communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments for team members.
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the business.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
