We are currently seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team at Measutronics. As a company that provides positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions for marine construction and dredging operations we are looking for a dedicated individual to support our team remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling inquiries managing emails and scheduling appointments
- Assist with data entry record-keeping and document management tasks
- Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed
- Manage inventory and order office supplies when necessary
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Experience working remotely and handling tasks efficiently
- Ability to adapt to new technology and software quickly
