We are looking for anAssociate Talent AcquisitionPartnerprofessional with 02 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. This role is primarily focused onvolume hiring and in-house recruitment supporting the TA team in scaling hiring across multiple functions. You will work closely with theTA Manager and Senior TA Partnersassistingthem in executing end-to-end hiring activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Supportvolume hiring initiativesacross multiple roles and business functions.
- Assist TA Manager and Senior TA Partners in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support hiring forMid-level Interns Freshers and Apprentice roles.
- Work on hiring acrossCore Engineering Product Support Services and select Business roles.
- AssistinApprentice and Internship hiring programs including coordination and candidate engagement.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS (Greenhouse).
- Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensuretimelyfollow-ups.
- Help inmaintaininga strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experience:02 years in recruitment HR or related fields (freshers with strong interest in TA are welcome).
- Goodunderstanding of recruitment processes; exposure to volume hiring is a plus.
- Stronginterestinin-house recruitmentand scaling hiring operations.
- Good communicationskills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and manage multiple requests.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative fast-paced and global environment.
- Education:Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration or related field preferred.
