Job Summary

What You Will Do:
Onboard and retain traders for products such as futures trading options trading stock market broking
Work closely with power traders to ensure they are growing with the platform and they are adopting to newer product launches
Support traders with any questions they have and help solve their problems they face while trading
Track all inbound leads and convert them to traders
Create a repository of good leads that can be pursued for existing and new products across coinswitch and lemonn
Present traders suggestions to leadership product team for building product backlog
Manage initiatives that are identified to improve trading volume of futures trading options trading
Work with dashboards created by analytics team (Tableau/ redash/Amplitude) to monitor the business metrics and publish them to stakeholders
Work with dashboards created by Tech team (either Openblocks/Grafana) to monitor health of the business and support tech on call to solve customer issues
What You Should Have:
2-3 years Experience in working as business associate in B2B/ B2C
Understanding of the fintech space (crypto preferred)
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as finance analytics product etc.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
