Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Clinton Tennessee. As a caregiver you will provide personalized in-home care to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure client safety and promote a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and the care team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate patient and dependable.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Reliable transportation to client locations in Clinton TN area.
