Job Summary
Visiting Angels is currently hiring compassionate reliable and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team in South Carolina. We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living helping them maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
No certifications are requiredjust a caring heart and a commitment to helping others. A clear background check is required for all applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes tidying up)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Remind clients to take medications (no administering)
- Provide transportation to appointments or errands if needed
Requirements:
- No certification required
- Must pass a clear background check
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- Compassionate patient and dependable
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable transportation preferred
