Your work profile
The primary role will be to make immediate and direct contribution to enhance our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive innovative and sustainable. Assist Finance organizations in solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business.
To achieve this you will be expected to perform the following activities:
Key skills required
- Should have worked on or have in-depth knowledge on Financial Planning and Analysis activities
- Overall 4 to 6 years of experience with ERP and EPM solutions and a minimum of 2 year of experience working in Onestream
- Should be able to design build configure and deploy applications based on CPM business requirements and processes
- Should be able to understand the client requirements and convert the same into technical solutions
- Should have experience working with Onestream solutions and implementations- End-to-end experience required in Onestream developments - Building dimensions metadata Dashboards Workflows CubeViews Reports
- Should possess applying knowledge of in building and implementing Financial solutions using Onestream
- Required Good communication and listening skills with positive attitude towards learning and challenges
- Should have data analysis and presentation skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience with and SQL and a minimum of 2 year of experience implementing ERP EPM and Financial Close and Consolidation solutions
- Should be able to design build configure and deploy applications based on CPM business requirements and processes
- Should be able to understand the client requirements redesign business processes applications and system designs
- Hands on experience with OneStream XF SAP BPC Hyperion Financial Management Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management solutions and implementations
- Should have good understanding of ERP EPM systems and processes including Account Reconciliation GL Financial Planning and Budgeting Consolidation
- Should have ability to evaluate out of box functionalities and utilize them to build enhanced solutions
- Required excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas and solutions to customers team members and partners
- Should possess an ability to lead and work within and outside team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Qualifications:
- Candidates CA Qualified- 1st Attempt preferred (Strong Articleship) / MBA from a premium institute / CPA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA or equivalent
- Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
