This role focuses on cold calling email outreach LinkedIn prospecting and pipeline generation for international (US) clients in engineering services (Civil Architecture MEP Mechanical domains)
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls emails LinkedIn outreach
- Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline
- Identify and target key accounts (US market)
- Connect with decision-makers (VPs Directors Owners)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (call email social)
- Maintain data in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
- Track activity metrics conversion rates pipeline contribution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 812 qualified meetings/month
- 5070 outreach activities/day (calls emails LinkedIn)
- Strong conversion ratios (lead meeting opportunity)
Mandatory Skills (Must Have):
- Experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)
- Strong expertise in cold calling & email outreach
- Experience in B2B lead generation / prospecting
- Exposure to US / international sales
- Excellent communication & objection handling
Working Hours:
- Night shift - 6.30pm to 3.30am
- Mode of Work - Hybrid
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in engineering services / CAD / BIM / technical sales
- Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho)
- Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns
