Responsibilities
Job Title: Employee Care Team Associate HR Shared Services
Shift Timings: 05:30 PM 02:30 AM IST. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires
Role Brief:
This is a role of an HRSS ECT Associate who will primarily be responsible for our Employee Care Contact Center Team supporting our US & Canada employees.
Job Description:
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Provide exceptional customer service to all our employees and internal stakeholders who call in promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Benefits Payroll & other category of requests
Liaise with colleagues and navigate cross-discipline escalations to provide timely resolutions and support open communication amongst the organization
Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and legal requirements and always ensure compliance
Meet process SLAs/ metrics productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
Raise process related issues/ concerns on time with process excellence and team lead
Provide support in other HR Shared Services areas such as benefits administration employee data management and employee record keeping as needed
Qualifications
What will you bring in
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or other HR systems
