Job Summary
About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner youll play a key role in supporting Sportsbets leaders with highquality financial insight modelling and commercial advice. Partnering closely with your stakeholder groups youll help drive informed decisionmaking through budgeting forecasting performance analysis and investment evaluation. This role sits within Finance reporting to the Head of FP&A and is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace influencing outcomes and translating numbers into meaningful business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting quarterly forecasting and longterm planning activities for your partnered departments
- Consolidate the full P&L and provide clear insightful commentary on performance risks and opportunities
- Deliver highquality analysis and reporting to support Leadership Team GM Finance CFO and Group requirements
- Partner proactively with budget owners to manage spend identify risks and opportunities and support decisionmaking
- Develop complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess investments business cases and ROI
- Provide regular performance reporting trend analysis and adhoc insights across products initiatives and key events
- Drive process improvement across BAU reporting and budget/forecasting processes
- Contribute to transformation initiatives across FP&A and broader Finance
About You
Youre a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and influencing outcomes through data and insight. Youre confident communicating complex financial information in a clear and practical way thrive in a fastpaced environment and are motivated by improving performance through better financial understanding and decisionmaking.
What You Will Bring
- CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)
- At least 3 years experience in a finance FP&A or business partnering role
- Strong financial modelling analysis and commercial acumen
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working with large multidepartment general ledger systems and reporting tools
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate financial risks and opportunities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including presenting to senior leaders
- A proactive improvementfocused mindset and comfort challenging the status quo
- Power BI or data analytics experience (highly regarded)
- Industry experience (desirable)
