Our client a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major transport and energy projects is seeking an experienced Project Finance Administrator to join their Project Finance Services team based in Brisbane CBD
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Finance Services Manager this role is responsible for supporting financial and administrative activities across the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.
You will play a key role in ensuring financial governance compliance and accurate project financial support across a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end P2P activities including purchase orders receipting and invoice processing
Process purchase orders and change requests within SAP S/4HANA
Resolve finance-related tickets and manage workflows efficiently
Support month-end activities including accruals and reconciliations
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
Ensure compliance with financial processes and governance standards
Requirements
Experience in P2P Accounts Payable or Project Finance Administration
Strong ERP system experience (SAP highly regarded)
High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
Experience in construction or infrastructure environments highly regarded
