Finance Director – ANZ (Accounting & Shared Services)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Director ANZ (Accounting & Shared Services) to lead our financial and statutory reporting function while driving continued transformation across finance.
Reporting to the APAC CFO this is a highly visible leadership role combining technical expertise operational execution and people leadership. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance enhancing reporting quality and partnering with the business to support strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading financial and statutory reporting across a multi-entity environment
Strengthening governance controls and finance policies and procedures
Driving finance transformation initiatives including process optimisation and automation
Leading ESG disclosures and climate reporting in line with business objectives
Providing leadership to a geographically dispersed shared services team (onshore and offshore)
Supporting integration activities (e.g. M&A system upgrades) to ensure scalable and standardised processes
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insight and support decision-making
Qualifications :
What do we need from you
CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in senior finance leadership roles
Proven background in group reporting governance and multi-entity environments
Experience driving finance transformation systems improvements and process optimisation
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive and board level
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing distributed teams
Commercially astute with the ability to support business growth and strategic initiatives
Experience with ESG and climate reporting is highly regarded
Background in professional services or a similar complex environment preferred
