Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Recruiting Manager to spearhead our high-volume Servicing and Operations hiring as we rapidly scale our presence in São Paulo and across the this role you will lead a dedicated team of recruiters leveraging data-driven insights and process automation to maintain a high-performance hiring culture that meets our aggressive expansion targets. As a key partner to regional leadership you will balance operational excellence with our unique collaborative culture ensuring we attract top-tier talent at scale while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Drive the recruitment strategy for high-volume Servicing and Operations roles in São Paulo ensuring alignment with our aggressive regional expansion goals.
Team Management: Lead develop and coach a team of recruitment professionals fostering a culture of accountability ownership and continuous professional growth.
Strategic Advisory: Meet weekly with Operations Department Heads to analyze pipeline health provide real-time market insights and adjust hiring sequences based on shifting capacity demands.
Process Engineering: Build and scale robust recruitment workflows prioritizing automation and AI-driven tools to handle high-volume applications without sacrificing candidate quality.
Performance Culture: Work with global peers to standardize a high-performance hiring culture ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds time-to-fill and quality-of-hire benchmarks.
DEI Advocacy: Role-model DEI best practices ensuring diversity is embedded into every stage of the high-volume sourcing and selection process.
Regional Presence: Act as a brand ambassador for Wise in the São Paulo ecosystem participating in local events to drive talent attraction and community engagement.
Qualifications :
Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience leading mentoring and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
Direct experience managing a team of recruiters or talent coordinators with a focus on coaching and performance management.
High-Volume Expertise: A proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment cycles within Operations Customer Service or Shared Services environments.
Operational Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to optimize hiring workflows with a history of reducing Time-to-Hire by through automation or process redesign.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in maintaining data accuracy within an ATS and the ability to leverage metrics to influence stakeholder decisions.
Stakeholder Partnership: Experience partnering with Director level stakeholders to manage complex headcount forecasts and capacity planning.
DEI Commitment: A measurable history of improving candidate pipeline diversity and implementing unbiased selection processes.
Language & Location: Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese is required to support the São Paulo hub and regional leadership
