How will you make an impact
The Market Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth of Webbeds presence in emerging destinations by enhancing our direct inventory options. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel distribution landscape. They possess the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with hotel partners ensuring competitive rates and inventory availability.
In this role you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders in an agile environment to unlock commercial opportunities and drive performance. This role focuses on acquiring new properties and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners by negotiating static and/or dynamic agreements that ensure competitive rates available inventory and promotional strategies across developing and peripheral destinations.
Success in this position requires a combination of strategic thinking with hands-on execution consistently driving competitive positioning and the expansion of WebBeds direct presence and outreach in unpenetrated markets.
- The Market Manager is responsible for identifying and onboarding new hotels partners in emerging destinations across the region securing static and/or dynamic agreements to support B2B distribution.
- Negotiate competitive rates ensure sufficient inventory availability and maintain alignment with market demand and seasonal trends.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns preferred agreements and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and increase booking volume
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with hotel partners and property management groups ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize commercial strategies
- Work closely with internal teams (i.e.: sales pricing operations technology) to ensure seamless execution of agreements and partner initiatives
- Ensure all agreements adhere to company standards legal requirements and operational best practices
- Monitor daily booking reports and inventory production as well as produce reports and/or presentations for internal and external stakeholders regarding performance strategy and results
- On-going quality control of each hotel in portfolio ensuring properties are built accurately including optimizing static content mapping and rate plans availability
- Ensure properties are available for sale according to pre-determined guidelines
- Ensure managed properties are live and bookable by conducting quality auditing of properties set up ensuring pricing accuracy and the rate and promotion competitiveness
- Represent WebBeds in trade shows and external meetings with the ability to present results strategy and other company interests

- Solid experience in yield/revenue management and competitiveness knowledge negotiating and optimizing conditions with suppliers.
- Proven experience with hospitality industry (B2B or B2C/OTAs experience preferred)
- Familiarity with distribution systems dynamic pricing models and CRM tools Fluent in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
- Strong business relationship skills
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative
