We work as One IFM and its our People & Culture team who make that possible. The team provides expertise in Talent Acquisition Organisational Development and Learning Reward and Performance and Employee Relations.
The Role
Lead the ongoing development and implementation of IFMs enterprise-wide Inclusive Workplace and Wellbeing strategy
Design and deliver inclusion and wellbeing initiatives end-to-end
Act as a subject-matter expert on inclusive workplace practices
Partner with People & Culture teams and senior stakeholders globally
Coach and challenge leaders to embed inclusion in decision-making
Analyse data and insights to measure impact and inform strategy
Establish metrics and reporting including Board-level reporting
Manage external relationships and service providers
Your Background and Experience
Minimum 7 years experience in HR inclusion or wellbeing roles
Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide inclusion and wellbeing strategies
Experience working in a global matrixed organisation
Strong influencing stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Data-driven approach to insight and impact measurement
Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
