About the Role:
The Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Department in coordinating and executing marketing social media public relations and advertising initiatives for the Resort its Outlets and Serenity by the Spa.
This is a hybrid position allowing for approximately 80% remote work with on-site presence required around 20% of the time-specifically for content shoot days special events or during extended absences of the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate is organized proactive and able to manage multiple marketing priorities while working both independently and collaboratively with on-property teams and external partners.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees hotel content planning and execution including coordination of shoot days with on-site staff and external creative partners.
- Manages brand voice messaging and community engagement across all social media platforms for the Hotel Outlets and Serenity by the Sea Spa.
- Assists in developing and maintaining web content online listings and digital marketing assets in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Audits Hilton brand sites vanity websites and partner listings for accuracy updates and promotional opportunities.
- Completes monthly reporting and performance analytics for the Director of Marketings review.
- Creates and manages design projects ensuring all property collateral aligns with Hilton and Resort brand standards.
- Supports public relations and media initiatives including both virtual and on-site coordination for media visits or VIP guests.
- Attends and represents the Hotel at industry or community events as needed.
Communication & Collaboration Requirements:
- Participates in a weekly call with the Director of Marketing to review priorities deliverables and performance updates.
- Attends and contributes to all calls with external agencies including but not limited to the advertising agency of record and public relations agency of record.
- Maintains consistent communication with on-site teams to ensure alignment across departments especially during active campaigns and event periods.
Supportive Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions at the discretion of the manager based on the particular requirements of the hotel.
- Assists with ordering amenities and collateral for visiting media and V.I.P. guests.
- Performs other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
The individual must possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok etc.) and content management tools.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Canva PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Meta Business Manager and Hilton digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Photo and video production experience preferred.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position with approximately 80% remote work.
In-office or on-property presence is required for:
- Content shoot days and creative production.
- Major resort events and activations.
- Coverage during extended absences of the Director of Marketing.
Travel to the resort or local events will be scheduled in advance..
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of two years in hospitality marketing media relations or agency setting required
Licenses and Certificates:
