Your Role
This is a foundational role at ENODE. As our first commercial hire you will take full ownership of building and scaling our entire sales and go-to-market function with a clear path to Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You will build the commercial engine from scratch and directly participate in the success you create. This role is designed for someone who wants to build own and win with the business not just execute tasks.

What Youll Do
Define ENODEs commercial strategy across B2B and B2C Build and own the entire sales funnel Acquire first customers and close key deals Identify high-potential segments and unlock demand Develop scalable go-to-market approaches (community partnerships direct sales) Work closely with Product & Marketing to shape offering and positioning Set up the foundation for a future sales organizationRequirements
What You Bring
Experience in Sales Business Development or early-stage growth Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty Willingness to trade fixed salary for high upside participation Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Interest in sports performance or data-driven products is a plus Fluent in German and EnglishBenefits
