About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of Technical Consulting Pre-Sales and Customer Success.
You will work closely with Sales teams customers and partners to design solutions demonstrate the Pimcore platform and ensure long-term customer success.
Tasks
Your Mission
As a Technical Consultant Sales & Client Success you will:
- Support Sales teams in complex enterprise deals with deep technical expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert for architecture integrations and platform best practices
- Deliver tailored product demos including code-level customization for complex use cases
- Support RFI/RFP processes and develop winning technical solution strategies
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure ongoing success with Pimcore
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and mitigate churn risks early
- Collaborate with Product Sales and Marketing teams to share customer insights
Requirements
What You Bring
- Degree in Business IT Marketing or a related field
- Experience in Pre-Sales Technical Consulting Customer Success or SaaS/PaaS environments
- Solid understanding of software architectures APIs integrations and data modeling
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as PIM DAM CMS DXP or eCommerce systems
- Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 510%)
