About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Project Control Officer / Project Coordinator to support a high-impact digital health initiative (ONE ID Panorama REACT). You will play a key role in client onboarding IAM operations and project coordination within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support project coordination for product integration and onboarding initiatives
- Manage client onboarding registration and user enrolment activities
- Execute IAM processes including user authentication and authorization
- Coordinate stakeholder requests incidents and escalations within SLA timelines
- Assist in business process implementation and improvements
- Contribute to documentation workflows and user guides
- Support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) activities
- 2 years as a Project Coordinator (IT or Digital Health)
- Experience with client support onboarding and integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills
- Experience in product or system integration projects
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Experience in digital health or public sector
- Exposure to ITSM practices
- Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (BI tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data integrity and quality assurance mindset
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in process documentation and workflow design
