Job Description:

responsible for the timely processing of invoices for payment.
Processes invoices by coding or matching the Purchase Order and ensures all invoices have necessary approval.
Coordinates with other departments to obtain necessary approval and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to answer inquiries request documentation and reconcile accounts.
Has knowledge of commonly used AP concepts practices and procedures.
Performs other various clerical duties (i.e. make copies file documents).
