MW Partners is currently seeking a Partner Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
Partner Asset Development & Enablement
- Build organize and maintain partner facing and field facing assets that enable sellers to easily understand and leverage partner solutions.
- Translate complex partner offerings into clear concise and seller ready materials (e.g. overviews solution summaries quickstart guides).
- Ensure assets are structured for easy discovery and consumption by enterprise field.
- Validate content quality relevance and usability from a seller perspective.
Project Management & Execution
- Own project timelines dependencies and deliverables.
- Track progress across workstreams proactively identify risks and drive issues to resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
Cross Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Proactively engage with external partners to gather required inputs assets and updates.
- Coordinate with internal Client partner teams and stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Act as a central point of contact to keep work moving forward without heavy oversight.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in partner programs partner enablement program management or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven ability to project manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow through.
- Self starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes.
- Experience working crossf unctionally with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise sellers or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems (solution partners technology partners agencies or GSIs).
- Exposure to content systems.
- Prior experience working in or with large matrixed organizations.
