Job Summary

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on strategic Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a high-volume bottling environment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime improving equipment performance and driving operational efficiency across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Maintenance Coordinator and maintenance team
- Maximize efficiency and productivity of maintenance staff and work hours
- Develop and execute a proactive maintenance strategy to reduce downtime
- Provide ongoing coaching feedback and performance management to mechanics
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to PLC systems and automation
- Ensure optimal performance of filler machinery and bottling equipment
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase uptime
- Partner cross-functionally with production and operations teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience
- Prior experience in bottling liquid pharmaceuticals dairy or brewery environments
- Strong understanding of filler machinery and automated production lines
- Proven leadership ability with a hands-on management style
- Ability to build and execute strategic maintenance plans
- Strong communication and team development skills
- Experience troubleshooting PLC systems
- Results-driven with a focus on reducing downtime and improving efficiency
