Position: Technical Program Product Manager II

Job Description:
- Global Risk Audit Management - Transportation Tech has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that support risk management and audit & monitoring tool adoption across our global transportation trade and food safety operations.
- The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security performance availability and reliability. You will act as a bridge between GRAM-T Tech and all internal customers that rely on our infrastructure.
- Other responsibilities include defining requirements planning delivery and features for xBR automation.
- The TPM will provide escalation management anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
- Audit and monitoring team main business is transportation Deliver service to partners
Task Breakdown and Workflow:
- Ambiguous task daily
- To support business reports collecting across global team
- Hands on program management
- Daily Meetings
Team culture/ selling points:

Responsibilities:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science (or related field) plus 3-5 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required
- Knowledge in the transportation trade food safety or supply chain space a plus
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should be familiar with Java SQL and AI assist tools
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- Background on Transportation trade and chain
- Written and oral communications
- SQL and Java experience
Nice to haves:
- Had worked with global and diverse team
- Strong program management skills - min 3yrs
- Ex-employee
