Job Summary
Tech PM is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. This role involves coordinating with Pega developers architects QA teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and high-performing applications Develop and maintain detailed project plans including sprint schedules for Agile delivery. Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails throughout the project lifecycle. Convert complex business needs into clear technical requirements using effective requirement gathering and industry-standard tools. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with Pega architects developers and QA teams for smooth execution. Identify and mitigate risks related to Pega platform performance scalability and compliance.
