Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client Moog a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role will support high-volume full-cycle recruiting initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
Build strong relationships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Proactively source candidates through job boards networking and creative outreach strategies
Partner with technical schools and workforce organizations to build talent pipelines
Represent the company at job fairs hiring events and networking opportunities
Candidate & Process Management
Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday ATS
Create and post compelling job advertisements
Ensure consistent communication with hiring teams and candidates throughout the process
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree required
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume requisitions
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Resourceful proactive and able to work with urgency
