Job Summary
Hybrid Onsite role in New York City
We are seeking an Automation & Project Management Specialist with 10 years of experience to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic leadership overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of automation solutions using UiPath and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for identifying process efficiencies managing project delivery and deploying scalable tools that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Design and deploy RPA (UiPath) and low-code applications (PowerApps Power Automate) integrated with SQL SharePoint and APIs.
- Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle-from scope and risk assessment to delivery-ensuring initiatives remain on time and within budget.
- Business Intelligence: Develop Power BI dashboards to track automation performance and provide actionable data insights.
- Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows gather requirements and re-engineer inefficient processes.
- Support & Governance: Maintain deployed solutions provide end-user training and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high reliability.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 10 years of experience with UiPath (Studio/Orchestrator) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Development Skills: Proficiency in C# or Python; experience with APIs and JSON.
- Project Management: Proven track record using Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
Certifications (Preferred): UiPath Advanced Developer PMP or Agile certifications
