Key Responsibilities
Identify onboard and manage institutional clients and HNWIs serving as the primary relationship manager.
Originate and structure strategic partnerships that drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective institutional and private clients.
Collaborate with Investment Product and Compliance teams to design and present suitable investment solutions.
Prepare and deliver investment proposals presentations and periodic performance updates.
Ensure all client engagements and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy.
Represent the company at client meetings industry events and relevant forums.
Track performance against agreed targets and provide regular management reports
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g. CFA ACCA CIB CIM) is an advantage.
- Must be duly certified by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) or CISI.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in continuous business development relationship management private banking asset management or financial services.
- Proven experience managing institutional clients and/or HNWIs.
- Demonstrated ability to grow AUM or manage high-value client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of investment products capital markets and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Other Competencies Required
