Job Summary
Job Title: Travel Consultant / Travel Advisor
Flexibility: Shift-based role (including weekends & public holidays)
Job Overview:
We are hiring Travel Consultants for an international opportunity in Austria under a Government-supported program from Arunachal Pradesh managed by 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with You Work Life (YWL).
This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and customer handling experience looking to build a long-term career in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys
- Provide travel guidance and recommend suitable travel options
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services and products
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
- Maintain updated information on offers promotions and services
- Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth travel experience
Salary: INR per annum (approx.)
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Arunachal Pradesh domicile candidate (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service / travel / sales preferred
- Completed 12th / Graduation / Vocational Training
- Basic English communication skills required
- Willingness to learn German language (training will be provided)
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts weekends and holidays
- Driving license (Category B) is an added advantage
- Willingness to relocate and commit to long-term employment
