Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Programme Delivery & Scale
Lead end-to-end implementation of clean cooking programmes across states-from
planning to execution monitoring and reporting
Develop detailed implementation plans timelines and deployment strategies
Manage state-level teams partners and ground agencies to ensure delivery at scale
Track programme performance through structured MIS systems and digital tools
Ensure timely delivery of milestones reports and high-quality outputs
2. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Building
Build and manage partnerships with State Livelihood Missions government agencies
DISCOMs financial institutions NGOs and development partners
Define collaboration frameworks and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders
Support development of strong last-mile delivery channels and implementation
partnerships
3. Adoption Capacity Building & Behaviour Change
Design and oversee awareness campaigns technology demonstrations and training
programmes
Lead development of IEC and training materials in collaboration with research and
communications teams
Ensure effective capacity building of field teams partners and end-users
4. Technology & Business Model Integration
Support definition of technical specifications for eCooking technologies based on user needs
Work with supply chain partners and manufacturers to align products with field
requirements
Develop and operationalise sustainable business models (credit linkages Pay-Go
government schemes partnerships with NBFCs/MFIs)
5. Monitoring Learning & Impact
Oversee implementation of monitoring systems and impact measurement frameworks
Coordinate with external research agencies for baseline/endline assessments
Generate insights to inform scale-up policy engagement and programme improvement
Who We Are Looking For
Must Have
10 years of experience in clean energy clean cooking or development sector programmes
3 years in leadership roles managing teams and multi-stakeholder projects
Demonstrated experience leading technology deployment / implementation programmes
at scale
Strong stakeholder management across government development partners and private
sector
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong analytical skills (Excel required; familiarity with data tools preferred)
Postgraduate degree in relevant fields (Energy Public Policy Development Environment
etc.)
