Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience in monolithic formwork systems
- Strong technical understanding of monolithic formwork design and construction methodologies
- Experience with design software (e.g. Revit (preferably) AutoCAD or similar) is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
