Job Summary
About the role
This role sits within a programme coordinating the rollout of AI tooling across the CDAIO function. The programme includes three enterprise AI platforms - ChatGPT Maisa and Devin - alongside embedded tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Atlassian Rovo.
The role is primarily a PMO / programme governance position with some project management responsibilities as the use case portfolio grows. The successful candidate will help provide structure visibility and control across a fast-moving technology programme.
Key responsibilities
- Support programme governance including governance structure meeting minutes action tracking RAID management milestone plans and status reporting.
- Maintain financial forecasting in Excel and update relevant information in Planview with a focus on forecasting and monthly reforecasting.
- Track AI use cases across CDAIO teams including stakeholders governance steps timelines sign-offs delivery status and benefits realisation.
- Maintain accurate records for access training and contract approvals across the three enterprise AI tools.
- Coordinate reporting cadences consolidate inputs and escalate risks or gaps where required.
Required experience
- Strong PMO or project coordination experience in a programme environment.
- Excellent organisation attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable experience
- Exposure to Data and AI programmes or delivery environments.
- Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools especially for forecasting and budgeting.
- Background in technology financial services or large-scale change programmes.
