Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 10 15 telesales executives to meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including call volume talk time lead-to-conversion ratios and pipeline health.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective scripts and pitching techniques for products like SIPs Life/Health Insurance and Portfolio Management.
- Training & Coaching: Conduct regular product knowledge sessions and live call coaching to improve team communication and closing skills.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and sales processes align with regulatory standards (AMFI/NISM).
- Reporting: Provide detailed daily reports to senior management on team productivity and market feedback.
The Role:
Lead and motivate a team of 10 15 Relationship Managers to hit sales targets for Mutual Funds Insurance and Equity products.
Key Tasks:
- Drive Targets: Monitor daily calls and lead conversions.
- Coach Team: Conduct live call training and product sessions (SIPs Life/Health Insurance).
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high service standards and AMFI/IRDA compliance.
- Reporting: Track KPIs and report daily performance to management.
Requirements:
- 3 years in Telesales (at least 1 year in a Lead role).
- Background in BFSI/Finance is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and Stock Markets.
- Fluent in Hindi & English.
