Qualification BE / Civil
Job Description :
Responsible for planning coordinating and supervising construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that civil works are executed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards safety regulations and project timelines
Knowledge of Solid waste management projects
- Understanding solid waste management projects execution
- Experience in AutoCAD software
- Experience in preparing BoQ and Estimates
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings designs and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and labour teams
- Perform site measurements setting out and levelling works
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards
- Monitor material usage and manage site inventory
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Coordinate with contractor consultants and project managers for approvals and inspections
- Verify bills of quantities and contractor measurements
- Understanding the tender documents and bid submission with the scope of the project.
- Other assignments as suggested by Team Lead
- Any other task as and when delegated by the management
- Knowledge of Solid waste management projects.
