Inclusion Co-ordinator
Location: Ipswich
Start Date: September 2025
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Competitive and in line with MPS/UPS dependent on experience
Are you passionate about ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive in education We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Ipswich to recruit a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Co-ordinator for a permanent position starting in September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement the schools inclusion strategy ensuring every student has access to learning regardless of their individual needs.
Work closely with SENCO pastoral staff and external agencies to support vulnerable learners and remove barriers to education.
Coordinate interventions for students requiring additional support due to behaviour attendance emotional or social challenges.
Monitor progress and impact of inclusion initiatives maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to whole school improvement.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
Strong understanding of SEND safeguarding and inclusive practices.
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
A passion for pastoral care and student wellbeing.
