JOB DESCRIPTION
Reviews analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations
Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues
Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
5-10 years of experience
Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating data - programs projects status etc.
Strong ability to plan and prepare for organizational wide meetings (PI Planning etc.)
Strong ability to assess and document as-is and to-be processes within Software Development. Expertise in documentation management of collaboration sites a plus (Chalk SharePoint etc.)
Strong collaborator and seasoned in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with leads developers testers and other peer groups
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Highly detail oriented and self-driven
