Job Summary
Stella Contracting Inc. is a leading contracting company specializing in construction and project management services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Oversight Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
As an Operational Oversight Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our companys projects and processes. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to monitor and analyze project performance identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of project performance including budget timelines and quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Provide support and guidance to project managers and team members on operational best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project performance and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in operations project management or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
