Essential Job Functions:Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing and initial in the interview and selection process for various recruitment activities with team members and hiring accurate recruitment data including candidate records for updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment in creating and implementing workforce planning in onboarding processes for new with the team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 6 years of Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on supporting recruitment processes and team collaborationProficiencies in applicant tracking systems interview coordination and candidate sourcingDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams and provide supportStrong organizational and time management skills to assist in managing recruitment projectsEagerness to contribute to and learn from a dynamic talent acquisition teamContinuous learner who keeps up to date with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologiesOther Qualifications:An advanced degree or relevant certifications in Human Resources or a related field are advantageous
