We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute end-to-end acquisition strategies for EWS program to drive customer acquisition WEM growth and portfolio expansion.
Explore synergy between CIB and retail acquisition channels. Drive collaboration with CIB to acquire scalable accounts and capture deposits from renowned corporates leveraging the EWS relaunch.
Identify engage and onboard key corporate clients and large employers for EWS programs ensuring high conversion and long-term partnership.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to optimize EWS acquisition funnels and enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
Work closely with sales product marketing and business development teams to align on EWS objectives deliver integrated campaigns and achieve acquisition KPIs.
Track and report acquisition performance metrics including pipeline conversion deposit growth and ROI with regular insights to stakeholders.
To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 10 years proven and progressive working experience or equivalent
Bachelors degree in marketing business related field or equivalent experience.
Professional qualifications as appropriate to market
Strong communication negotiation or equivalent experience.
Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
Strong managerial analytical communications decision-making lateral thinking influencing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
Knowledge of the organization and its products processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
Strong ability to credibly interact with senior management.
