This role focuses primarily on production execution driving efficiency addressing bottlenecks and supporting targeted continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality output while enabling growth and change Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations across assigned Business Units ensuring schedules throughput and quality targets are consistently manage Production Managers providing guidance coaching and support to ensure alignment with operational production bottlenecks inefficiencies and operational risks implementing solutions to optimize flow and targeted continuous improvement initiatives within production supporting both incremental and step-change key production metrics analyze trends and report performance to senior operational growth initiatives including new product introductions layout changes and multi-plant with cross-functional teams to align priorities resources and operational Be Experienced In:Leading and developing experienced Production Managers or equivalent senior leaders in a manufacturing throughput and capacity management to meet production and resolving bottlenecks and operational Lean manufacturing principles and leading continuous improvement operational performance while supporting growth change or new product and developing production leaders (supervisors/PMs).Core Competencies:Strong operational leadership and decision-making and data-driven approach to communication and collaboration across to balance daily operational demands with strategic and resilience in a dynamic manufacturing :Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or related field (or equivalent experience).7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience managing experienced managers and direct management of production track record of achieving operational performance targets and driving process this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your resume including salary Industries Limited hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
