We have a newopportunity for an experienced workers compensation lawyer to joinour growing Insurance practice based in our Perthoffice.

Our InsuranceWA team has approximately 95 people located across Adelaide Perthand Darwin. The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurancelegal team working across both General Insurance and StatutoryInsurance matters including workers compensation recoveriescompulsory third party liability professional indemnity andgeneral insurance. This is a fantastic hands-on Insurance rolewith significant learning development and progressionopportunities and the opportunity to work with interestingclients including some of Australias top insurers.

Aboutyou

You will ideally have the following skills andexperience:

• between 2 - 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers Compensation;
• ideally you will have experience on the defendant side however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;
• a genuine interest in building a career in workers compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice;
• clear concise legal writing skills; and
• strong attention to detail.
