About the role:

Work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of corporate transactions such as:

• Mergers and acquisitions joint ventures strategic alliances and shareholder arrangements.
• Corporate restructures reorganisations and commercial transactions.
• Transaction documents due diligence negotiations and completion processes
• Direct client contact across local and international matters

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 5 years PQE coming out of a recognised corporate practice ideally within a mid-tier national international or top-tier firm
• Strong drafting negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Confidence working directly with clients and managing competing deadlines
