Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability capacity and continuous improvementImplement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Prepare justification purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
- Develop implement and take ownership of process control methodologies
- Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
Experience were looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Strong Knowledge in NPI & Mass Production.
- Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes
- Advanced English.
- Technical knowledge: intelligent torque tools PLCs liquid cooling systems pneumatics pokayoke and maintenance.
- Process Development.
- Team Management.
