- Create clear accurate help content such as feature overviews rollout notes and howto guides
- Design engaging visuals including infographics videos icons and web graphics
- Support internal training and product knowledge sharing across teams
- Review and continuously improve existing documentation as products evolve
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Managers Business Analysts and delivery teams to meet customer documentation needs
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear userfriendly content
- Strong design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Affinity and an eye for UX/UI consistency
- Comfortable with documentation tools (Google Workspace) WordPress and AIassisted content creation
- Experience creating videos or interactive user guides
- Strong collaboration skills attention to detail and a processdriven mindset in fastpaced teams
- Proven experience in a Product Specialist Technical Writer Product Writer or similar role
- At least 2 years handson experience in a software or related technical environment
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with development teams is advantageous
