Job Summary
Job Title: IT Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our remote healthcare services. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems as well as implementing new technology solutions to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot all IT systems including hardware software and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or errors
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement technology solutions to improve our services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data through regular backups and updates
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on IT systems and any potential issues or improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems including hardware software and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of virtualization cloud computing and remote access technologies
- Experience with network security and data protection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
