Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care focused on improving mobility function and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License (required at submission)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
