Responsibilities - your mission
Procurement Process & Digital department is the international Airbus-wide Center of Competence for Procurement and Supply Chain Processes and digital applications. We support and closely collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations of all three divisions (Airbus Commercial Defense and Space and Helicopters) so you will get insights in the whole Airbus family benefit from Best Practice sharing across the Group and broaden your experience.
Our key activities are Project management & Run Mode (Support to suppliers deployment and end-user support).
AirSupply suppliers deployment:
Perform deployment of suppliers (new update deactivation) in AirSupply in coordination with Airbus Procurement (buyers Supplier Officer SupplyChain Quality Manager (SCQM)
Developmaintain and report to KPis for suppliers follow-up (e.g backlog suppliers to be deployed Ongoing Activated / Deactivated suppliers Lead time)
Perform communication & awareness to suppliers for their 1st connection in AirSupply
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the deployment procedures and monitoring
Report to Airbus AirSupply focal point in Procurement (PYDOS organization)
AirSupply solution (portal):
Manage AirSupply content updates for eLearning (1x year) & Training material (4x year) GoogleSite and OnDemand promotion
Prepare communication to AirSupply users (internal & external) : Edition Coordination & validation
Manage validation of access rights for AirSupply internal users
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Proficient speaking and writing English (mandatory)
Fluency in Spanish French or German would be a plus (not mandatory)
Creativity & innovation (ability to continuously improve processes and WoW)
Good knowledge on IT/IS landscape especially upstream and downstream around SAP backend
Communication skills and experience in generating digital training material
Sound knowledge on contract lifecycle management (e.g Disclaimer Logistic Condition GTC (General Terms & Conditions) STC (Supplier Terms & Conditions)
Organized autonomous and structured rigorous person with strong priority management skills
Project management skilled (Agile & Waterfall)
Customer mindset and delivery driven (result oriented)
Stakeholder management
Ability to work in Agile environment (e.g. changing & priorities changes)
Procurement and Supply Chain process knowledge (is a plus
