Customer Master Data Specialist (D365 Implementation)

Do you want to be part of a key milestone in our Digital Transformation journey the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across the organization Heres an exciting opportunity for you in Master Data Management.

Purpose of job:

The Customer Master Data Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of customer data during ERP implementation projects. This role focuses on cleansing validating and migrating customer master data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform supporting business continuity and process optimization.

Lead customer master data cleansing initiatives as part of ERP implementation projects.
Analyze validate and update existing customer records to eliminate duplicates errors and outdated information.
Collaborate with IT business and project teams to define data standards and mapping requirements.
Prepare and execute data migration plans ensuring seamless transition to the new ERP system.
Develop and maintain documentation for data cleansing processes and procedures.
Conduct data quality audits and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Support end-users with training and troubleshooting related to customer master data in the ERP.
Generate reports to track progress and quality of data cleansing activities.
Develop andimplement customer masterdata health assessment; Extraction Transformation and Loading strategiesandpoliciesin D365 toalignwiththeorganizationsgoals
Conduct periodic review with Division / Business unit heads to update / maintain the customer Master data (One CMD etc.). Ensure alignment with One CRM & D365
Setting up master data process in D365
Integration with One CMD GCM as applicable.

What you know:

Graduate with 4 years of experience in Master Data Management
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory; experience in ERP implementation will be an added advantage
Strong expertise in data analysis with high attention to detail
Good understanding of business processes commercial aspects compliance requirements and data governance
