Job Summary
Role: Scrum Master / Technology Project Manager
Experience: 8 12 Years
CTC: Up to 30 LPA
Location: Mumbai (Only Mumbai to Mumbai candidates)

Mandatory Skills

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Mandatory

Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) with hands-on implementation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams
- Manage technology projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with product owners developers QA and stakeholders
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
- Track and report project progress and metrics
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
