- Architect data migration strategies for largescale programs including planning mapping validation and execution.
- Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows.
- Develop strategies to handle large data volumes including partitioning indexing optimization and performance tuning.
- Establish governance processes for metadata management and reference data management.
- Define and enforce data integration patterns including batch real-time eventdriven and API-based data flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders data engineers and application teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data standards security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical oversight during solution design development and deployment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- 7 years of hands-on experience in data architecture data engineering or enterprise data management.
- Strong expertise in:
Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools
Data Migration frameworks and end to end migration lifecycle
ETL/ELT architectures and tools
Large data volume handling performance optimization and scalability strategies
Metadata and Reference Data Management
Data Integration patterns such as batch streaming microservices-based integration
- Strong understanding of relational NoSQL and cloud-native data platforms.
- Excellent skills in data modeling (3NF dimensional modelling canonical modeling).
- Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
