Data Architect

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture including conceptual logical and physical data models.
• Lead the design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Architect data migration strategies for largescale programs including planning mapping validation and execution.
• Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows.
• Develop strategies to handle large data volumes including partitioning indexing optimization and performance tuning.
• Establish governance processes for metadata management and reference data management.
• Define and enforce data integration patterns including batch real-time eventdriven and API-based data flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders data engineers and application teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical oversight during solution design development and deployment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.

• 7 years of hands-on experience in data architecture data engineering or enterprise data management.
• Strong expertise in:

Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools

Data Migration frameworks and end to end migration lifecycle

ETL/ELT architectures and tools

Large data volume handling performance optimization and scalability strategies

Metadata and Reference Data Management

Data Integration patterns such as batch streaming microservices-based integration

• Strong understanding of relational NoSQL and cloud-native data platforms.
• Excellent skills in data modeling (3NF dimensional modelling canonical modeling).
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
